How Our Plans Work
Your Lights, Installed, Maintained and Removed by One Crew
You purchase commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs for rooflines and mini or C7 LEDs for trees and shrubs, and we measure and fit them to your home. The lights are yours to keep, and the plan covers installation, maintenance and removal. If a bulb fails in December, we come back and fix it.
Plans typically start at $650 and scale with the size of the home and how much you want lit. After the holidays we take everything down, test it and pack it neatly into a labeled bin for you to keep at no extra charge. Prefer not to store it? We can keep your lights in our heated storage room for an additional fee; just ask for a quote.

Approve the Design
Pick warm white, cool white, multicolor or a custom color pattern. We confirm the price, the install date and what is included.

We Install and Maintain
Our crew installs within the week, tests every run, and comes back if anything needs attention during the season.

We Remove and Pack
After the holidays we take everything down, coil and label it, and pack it into a bin for you to keep. Storage in our heated room is available for a fee.

Are your Christmas lights LED?
Yes. Every bulb we install is LED: C9 for rooflines, pillars and gutter lines, and mini or C7 lights for trees and shrubs. They use a fraction of the power of incandescent bulbs and stay cool to the touch.
Do I buy the lights?
Yes. You purchase the custom-fit lights and they are yours to keep. Your plan covers installation, maintenance and removal, and we pack the lights neatly into a bin for you at no extra charge. Heated storage is available for an additional fee.
How quickly can you install?
We reply to every request the same day and install most homes the same week. Book early, though: the Bellevue calendar fills fast from late October on.
